In ProMods it's hard to tell as I'm focused on Iceland mainly. In RL there are countries that use similar things, but mostly to show current temperatures, not weather at some distant point like mountain pass, or Mýrdalssandur "desert"

To be honest I don't know what time game considers as night, but it works, at least first tests show it works
