We have added them in NL and SE.

As for NL, they are mainly off. IRL they get switched on when the speed drops below them and they automatically start flashing etc. Something that is sadly not possible in ETS2.

Good news guys. Road 68 connecting ring road and Hólmavik is done. Town is finished too. And here is one more small detail I've made for Iceland. Did you know that every farm on Iceland has its name? Now we can show it

Offtopic, but there are at least two LED signs on the UK map already, in the vicinity of London
