Considering by the amount of Rasthof's already existing in the ARP (and various custom gas stations in other countries), it's quite likely.

Everything is awesome in Germany (one of the most sucessfully rebuilt areas by Promods) except the fact that there isn't a single gas station on the freeway between Rostock and Berlin, nor in the city of Berlin itself (except if we buy a garage there ofc ahhahhha)... I almost ran out of fuel...

There IS a gas station in Berlin. Look around again

Berlin was rebuilt a long time ago, before custom map areas feature was available in the editor. Drive there and you'll see. If it's on the map, you can access it.

Yeah, indeed I can access the gas station... but only if I'm driving the opposite direction that I am currently...

I have a suggestion, can you make a new road between road 20 (Germany) and Swinoujscie (Poland) ?

That would be nice. But first I'd rather see Stralsund and Rügen with the ferryport at Sassnitz to be built. Seems like there's enough space there and the main interchange is already on the A20 and then from Stralsund B105 could be built through Greifswald (maybe as a scenery) and from there further east on the B109 B110 to Swinoujscie.
