poland rework isnt projects balkans.. it cant work because of overlapping map..

Like CAPLV said, these fixes are not for Project Balkans compatibility. It is possible to load Project Balkans 2.8 together with ProMods 2.30 without CTD, but the present mapping conflicts are way too severe for it to make any sense to do so.

We are still trying to make compatibility, but we are almost done with this, south of Beograd.
Next thing will be Dalmacija region, south of Rijeka. After that we just need to finish a bit of scenery, setting signs (traffic + navigation) and of course beta-testing.
It took as so long, because there is not a lot of time available for mapping anymore, sadly.
