You uses ProMods 2.01 probably? That version isn't compatible with RusMap 1.6.3. ProMods 2.02 will be compatible with RusMap 1.6.3.

RusMap 1.6.3 its not compatible with ProMods 2.02
Since there have been some changes in the sectors it requires new fix ProMods+RusMap Connection (crash in Siedlce )
