1. Yes, it is indeed, Iraq.
2. I am the only one who built a small part of it, however, I do NOT plan to do more of it, unless I will have motivation and/or time to do so, as it was a simple mini-project for myself.

Yes, it is freeway 1, but in the screenshot, I am heading west.

I don't see a point in developing Iraq as there is no road connection to it.
