Maybe, I don't remember ProMods' Scandinavian areas. I think it had rebuild and a lot of tweaks.

This city is being made from scratch. The previous version of Aarhus was a copy of Brussels that has been there since version 1.0

The same will happen when we are putting Karlstad back in (copy of Köln). It will be completely be built from scratch. If we merge stuff, we want to do it right

Obviously it is not "impossible," else the comment would not have been made. Honestly it is not much more difficult than selecting objects, then Ctrl-C, then Ctrl-V.
