JW, would there be any point adding the AWPR (Aberdeen's new ring road) to the game when it's done, Probably not too much point i guess as there's no A93/A944 yet and the only real interchanges in game atm would be North & South of A90 & A90/A96, Anyways just wondering whether it would be considered :D

I think the AWPR and Fastlink should be considered. Though A93 and A944 isn't among the trunk routes nor regional routes... unless the devs are planning yet another scenic road.

I wonder about the south parts of AWPR though. Would that replace the current A90 in-game or would both coexist, or would it not be considered ? It connects to the old A90 before Bridge of Dee, so it might count as a bit useless to be featured.

Yea would be nice to the the AWPR in promods. Also depends whether anderson drive gets renamed to A92 & the stonehaven junction should really just be replaced with a fork imo.

I don't know if this has been asked about before, and if not it is only a minor thing but would the speed limits in Scotland be changed to their actual limits or remain as the rest of the UK ?

We know the speed limits for trucks in the UK vary between Scotland, England & Wales, and Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland has a separate definition but a lot more work would be required to split Scotland from England and Wales. Furthermore, it would be impossible if we did split them to set the A9 as a higher speed between Perth and Inverness. Perhaps this could be done in future when the files can be easily composed.

Agreed, the ferry links are fine as they are.
They may be, but one from France to Ireland has to be considered. Personally, it's not the nicest thing to be driving through the fantastic Vive la France! DLC and then go through the horrible standard map to get to Ireland via Wales; countries where a lot of hard work has been put into (unlike the standard map :D ). Hopefully, in the 2.30 update, that will change.

Well, IRL you have Cork - Rosslare...

But my terrible, sad and cheap joke aside, I'd prefer to go through GB, no matter how horrible it is. It's sometimes a bit quicker overall.

In Ireland both Dublin and Wexford "Rosslare Harbour" have port/sea connections.
In France both Roscoff and Cherbourg have port/sea connections.
That means that it is should be quite easy to mod connections between these points.
Time should be findable on either ferries homepages or google maps. Price, a bit harder.

Cork is not ingame yet, so it will depend on the developers if they add a portal there or not.

I should go visit PM Irland someday.
