Currently only few parts of that highway will be rebuilt. The main priority for now is highway A1 and A2.

Hmm... no. I will give you one clue for the last picture = Peninsula in Croatia
You could see the sea just behind the bridge

That could be Istrian peninsula. Maybe Mirna bridge.

The old city is pedestrian only, but is easily visible from the D8 road that heads down to Montenegro.
