Go from Almeria -> Algeciras and take the Ferry to Ceuta & Melilla.

Or go to Badajoz (Hope my mother's town is included ) And from there, go to Portugal.

This is just my speculation. I think SCS will do Spain and Portugal after France is released. If we're lucky to get France by the end of this year, that leaves it at 20 months since the last DLC map was released. So don't expect a completed Spain until 2018/2019
