Try to shift to sequential transmission at the gameplay settings, shift down the gear to 1 and you're ok.

why no garage/base at isafjord or blomvik?

Honestly? At first I forgot about that and then I fount it to be so big that it didn't fit town design. But I plan garage in Westfjords, just not here

Iceland is a very cool country you should add a lot mountain roads
