Promods v231 & Rusmap 1.8.1 load order, putting in the order by the readme in rusmap and just keeps crashing! I only have rusmap and promods

i did a little fix to get rid of this cargo and roadlooks warnings in the gamelog.
this warnings do nothing bad, you can play also with them, but if you like to have a clean gamelog you can enable my little fix.
if, then place this fix above the RusMap files in the Mod Manger.

why are the contracts taken in a Russian city always way cheaper per km than the contracts from western europe?
is it more about what goods are available in which cities or does the location actually matter?
