Yeah this seems to be the unique case where this DLC is surrounded both by existing DLCs and ProMods areas, that well ... Greece connects to Balkans, Turkey etc.

2.67 is on the cards, it can work with the BLKW DLC enabled but it will just display ProMods areas and none of the DLC content.

What about if we were to buy the DLC and you would like to drive from the DLC to the Promods Map?
Would we have to wait for another update?

Short answer: Yes, you would have to wait for 2.68.

The DLC and ProMods will remain incompatible until we make them compatible, this will probably take between 3 and 6 months, maybe more

From what i saw on Balkans early access live there a lot of missing cities compare to promods , sign for exemple at the croatian border , everything looks so small
Countries such as Serbia have just 3-4 cities, etc

Compared to the fact that every time I loaded ETS for 10 months, I saw that the West Balkan DLC is coming, it's a big disappointment that only such a modest *result (sorry not vessel ) came out of a big announcement. I was hoping that, like the Iberia DLC, a complete region would be born... But at least there is plenty of room for ProMods to develop the region further

It will take a long time because there are many border crossings to connect
