Same issue here. I paid almost 2 hours ago and only received the paypal receipt, the order doesn't show up anywhere.

I've been trying that link for the last hour and a bit, still my new link does not appear despite my PayPal account being debited (only the 2.27 link appears). Hopefully it turns up in the next hour or so.

I pay 2 times for a fast download for V2.30 and still get no link...............

Just received my link - I think their servers went down for a bit because I received a 503 error a few minutes ago, but all sorted now.
