Considering there appears to only be one or two palm tree models, there's nice variation in height and size. It looks very Mediterranean indeed!

I usually change the height using the height tool, and sometimes i change the object size by changing the scale. I recently just learned how to flip objects around :)

That shows on the pictures. Just like with Purno and his snowy rocks in Iceland, you're making the most out of limited model availability which is a great skill ;)
