Create modifications to connect maps North Macedonia Rework v1.4.4 (1.43) + Project Balkans 5.2 (1.43)

Those two maps already work together fine. Make sure you have Project Balkans above Macedonia Rework.

Does NMR work with 1.44 version? Has anyone already tested it?

I just fixed up the manifest to allow it to install on 1.44, and it loads fine. I've not tested extensively, but I immediately got notification of the new Special Transport, so at least something works.
