Without a game.log I can't tell you anything. Probably it's some mod conflict.

Seems that my Jazzycat AI car pack was an old version, I replaced it and now everything is ok. Thank you for the response though!

We don't have separate topic for Faroe Islands development and because that area is basically finished I'll drop this small bit here. I've replaced gas stations in Faroe Islands with local ones.
