You need Baltics DLC if you want to play with Southern Region 7.8.0. Please try with Southern Region 7.5.0 with 1.33 fix, or buy the Baltics DLC.

If your are 1.33 / 1.34 and have already the baltic dlc you need this

I use rusmap 1.81 with that unoffical fix and it's running with only a few messages in the gamelog and no crash

You wrong, because if he use Rusmap with ProMods, this fix will not work. And Rusmap is not his problem. His problem is that he play with the new version of Southern Region while he don't have Baltics DLC, so logically he crash.

I have the Baltics DLC and I put it back but it still crashes for some reason... btw thanks for all who have tried to help!

Then time to start from scratch= add 1 mod / succesfull game start.
Map mods first.
Start with ProMods, then add RusMap.
Etc.
To see what mod says: no, I will not co operate.

I would suggest using hastebin or paste ubuntu if the log is too long for pastebin.
