Well i watched a tutorial but i still can't save. The person who saves it has a button: build map. On that place a i have: segment cache. If I press save map and close ets 2 editor and open the map again it's empty. What have i done wrong?

You forgot to re-pack the map. See this tutorial, section "How to save your work"

I see what's the problem: the directory structure isn't entirely correct.

You now have a file structure like this:
..\test\sector_+####+####.###
..\test.mbd

This is the correct structure:
..\map\test\sector_+####+####.###
..\map\test.mbd

Maybe that particular intersection has no traffic lights nodes attached to it. Not all prefabs have traffic light possibilities
