And you have no other mods? It may really be a memory (PC performance) problem. The current version of ProMods is 7GB, almost 1GB bigger than 2.18.

What happens if you just wait when it is loading? Like, 15 minutes?

I did. I didn't think that clearly indicated he had tried waiting it out. Pardon if I was mistaken.

Personally I think he can wait to his notebook start smoking before its loaded, the specs are so low.
