it's the jazzycats traffic mod's fault. I have it too, I don't know how to solve it though...

We need to adjust the spawn rate of the Kenworth so it only spawns in Russia

Same here...but I'd rather have spawning DAF's for now then American muscle! Lets hope a fix will come in due course.....

Also sadly problem is not solved in newest jazzycat versions! Even on vanilla map Jazzycat's painted packs causing the same truck parked everywhere!
