Please discuss with @shooter556 as to why your translations are more correct. Please come to a consensus and then I will update it. I do not speak Chinese so I cannot be sure who is correct by just looking. If a consensus cannot be reached, I will use whatever Wikipedia uses (if applicable). Thanks

Great Steppe updated to 1.39 and integrated Ershov to the main mod, changes might be needed

as long as the author has not changed the definition of cities, and it is highly probable that he has not, there is no need for any changes
