North British isles does have a slight missmatch. Iceland I have not checked.
+ does ETS2 without any mods have the same issue too. And in that case, where?

almost everywhere on map, i was in calais, france and at 22:30 sun was still above horizon

22:10, I could see a tiny bit less than half the sun.

PM's might be a bit lighter than stock SCS, or maybe I just had a little bit different weather. Sun down was the same.
But still it looks that you do have it even brighter. What brightness setting do you have ingame? I have it at midpoint.

my brightness is at midpoint too. I forgot to mention that in American truck simulator i have perfectly normal day/night cycles.

What mods do you have to the game? Does a profile with zero mods act the same way too?
Atleast I have the proper sun up/sun down, as far as I have checked.
And the brighness/darkness is around the IRL too.
