Hehe well it just makes it easier to scroll through a page. Some ppl have posted logs of 500 lines and that just takes ages for ppl who don't need it and makes it look sloppy. Now I can read it when I need it and other ppl can just scan the topic :D
And yeah reading game logs drive me often crazy. Especially when ppl complain about crashes because of older out dated mods :D
You seem one cool guy as I listened to you on DaSquirrelNuts interview.
Thanks mate 8-)

I removed all the mods, except of the promods map. It did not help, even though the error messages and warnings disappeared from the log. But the game crashes in exactly the same situations in exactly the same way. So - althogh I am not a specialist - I doubt that the reason could be anywhere else than in some unknown conflict between the DLC and the promods map. As mentioned before, I love both of them and keep my fingers crossed that you finally find the bug.

SzczepanKolaczek,
This may be one of your problems as you have a small 2 core processor with 3013 MHz. ETS2 requires a Min of 2 core with Dual core 2.4 GHz equivalent processor or better. I see yours is large enough but for some reason it is only running on one core ( 1 worker thread ) and needs to be at least two worker threads. And thats the minimum. You have added a LOT more to the game than the min can run I believe.

Yours 5.00:00:00.001 : [cpu] CPU0: AuthenticAMD [AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor] with 2 cores (2 threads) at ~3013 MHz.
6.00:00:00.001 : [sys] using 1 worker thread(s)

Mine: 00:00:00.000 : [cpu] CPU0: AuthenticAMD [AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor] with 4 cores (4 threads) at ~3400MHz.
00:00:00.000 : [sys] using 3 worker thread(s)

Plus I have a slightly larger graphic than yours: : [dx9] Adapter #0: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST / 0 (2048) MB (nv4_disp.dll, 6.14.13.2049, 20130621)

Also running Win XP 32bit.

I could be wrong but with the faster CPU and faster GPU that I have over you may be making the difference.
If SCS keeps adding to ETS2 ( I hope ) then I'm sure that I will need more memory ( will require another OS other than Win XP Home though ) but the Nvidia GeForce 650 Ti Boost 2GB GDDR5 with AMD Phenom II X4 3.4GHz Processor should still kick bigger--ah---rear end.

Maybe Nico can add some light to the GPU and CPU difference as to why I can play with all the bells and whistle and you cannot?

If I did not shed some light on this then back to square one. :?

I know that SCS games use the CPU alot more than the GPU... That might be a reason that I don't have that problem since Im running my PC with a AMD FX-6100 which is even a 6 core processor.

Not having enough juice in the cpu or gpu shouldn't crash the game, should it?
If so, that's a first for me. You'd think that a poor cpu/gpu would just lower your FPS, not crash your game in certain points (freight market in our case).

Well look at TSM where slow pc's crash pretty fast. As soon as the CPU needs to make to many calculations it can happen that the game doesn't get the resources it needs....

But you are right it shouldn't happen because of old hardware.

When will it be fixed? I have no idea...

There is nothing that is giving me any clues :(
Hi - do not know if this information helps, but since the installation promods Scandinavia me game crashes when entering into the contract choice (and I had enough mod), so I tried to put a completely new installation, any patch, DLC and again promods Scandinavia and game works for about a third of the field day and try to take on new contracts only cities of Poland. I also have more mods and it still works. It is no coincidence problem just that Promods Scandinavia is already used by an existing company? I'm not an expert in IT, but it can be what-have guide.

Hmm well we haven't really changed any major things in the economy like companies or the likes. All I can think of is an abundance of routes. Because of the time spent modding, I have not played the DLC so much but I will try to play it more to see if I can bring it to "breaking point"

If being the keyword :P It seems to have happened to only a handful of people :(
I even considered removing ProMods and going TSM. But then I remembered how awesome ProMods is and how extremely shitty TSM is, so I decided that I would rather drive a few extra miles than be without your map :)

I truly hope that a solution can be found soon though, but even if you don't.. I won't stop using your mod ;)

I've been wondering if all of you are using legal game versions? I have known cracked versions to generate issues with disappearing trailers and traffic lights, maybe they added jobs in v1.5.2 as well.. I don't know what SCS do to prevent piracy
