Only deserves to be inexpensive, as some trucks (such as the Volvo FH12 that I have) already has these accessories.

If that laptop on the passanger's seat and other objects fall down when braking hard then the DLC is totally worth it

There isn't any info regarding the pricing of this DLC, nor there is any info about the DLC itself (excluding the photo and that's it). I believe it will be around $3-$7, not more, not less.
