No, that's not what Zniwek said. ProMods 2.12 has been out since last Monday. ProMods 2.15 has no release date.

so the 2.12 is compatible with 1.26 and DLC France without any promods city of France and it's in download page, Am I understand correct?

France in 2.12 is the same as 2.11, promods overwrites SCS's France (for now)

My educated guess is a Christmas surprise as it is a ProMods tradition, but this never is certain and never should be quoted. In fact, ScuL has said prior to DLC that Christmas release may not be possible. Better be patient and get the product we all want - bugfree!

I highly doubt it will be for xmas, there has been so little time since DLC launch.
