Wow, this looks marvellous! Is this the fastest progress we have ever seen after a major ProMods release?

Is there a possibility that Valencia could be released in a smaller update, like for instance in a Bella Italia compatibility update? Similar to how Rakvere and Barcelona & Manresa optimization was released?

Not sure about that one. It will need a lot of beta testing.
