They have done connection from Estonia into Saint Petersburg so there is compablity
And E18 road From Helsinki

I see that Murmansk is a city in this update. In Russia Open Spaces, there is also a city of Murmansk. Is it still possible to link ProMods and Open Spaces in the future?
