Is Andorra (Andorra la Vella) confirmed?

Like I heard it is a planned country, but I am not that sure about if it is actually confirmed.

Add Uzhhorod, Ukraine and Mukacheve, Ukraine to the list! Platypus just said they will be drivable in 2.0

Mukacheve is uncertain

31 plus the whole Poland Rebuilding... it's a hell of a list already

That is a lot of new cities. Especially for me, as I have never tried Poland Rebuilding before. Back then I just thought; "Well, if PR is added to ProMods someday then I'll use it."

Neither have I tried PR before, can't wait to drive there though

As read here Poland Rebuilding and ProMods become one in ProMods 2.0. Which means that cities in Poland Rebuilding will be added too.
So the list has been updated.

And we should add Andorra to the list. I've seen a development pic in the Iberian Peninsula thread.

That doesn't say anything about in which version it's gonna be released
