Big cities as Madrid need a lot of work and development and aren't made that fast. I guess it won't be for 2.30 but for (maybe) 2.40 indeed.

Maybe AP-2? The dry part seems the Zaragoza - Lleida part, while the rest might be after Zaragoza.
