Hi, I have an idea for the Iberian peninsula and I do not know if another person had this idea but I was yesterday on another mod of the Iberian peninsula dating from 2015 (France and Spain map) and there had Repsol service stations that were very well represented and even better than the current Repsol stations and I just wonder if it could appear on Promods. Here are some pictures:

And to make things more realistic, we should add a few buildings near the highways with the word "Club" on top

Honestly can't have a trip through Spain without seeing that^.
Realism is realism.

I do believe that one of the devs has said they're playing with custom gas stations here and there. A lot of the test work has been done in Iceland and that has a lot of realism to go with the landscape

Hello everyone!

As I have seen here a map with the cities foreseen for the Iberian Peninsula project, I leave here a table of PorData (a Portuguese statistical agency) with the cities with resident population of over 100,000 inhabitants and also with the Portuguese cities of the project.

Image
Source: PorData

I would like to point out that some of the cities that appear in the table are metropolitan regions of major cities. I propose to think of the following cities: LISBOA (Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Loures, Amadora, Oeiras, Odivelas, Vila Franca de Xira [and Almada, Seixal on the other side of the Tagus river wich we call "Margem Sul"], PORTO (Vila Nova de Gaia, Oporto, Matosinhos [where is Leixões, the port of Oporto], Gondomar, Maia is located), BRAGA (Braga, Guimarães, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Barcelos), COIMBRA (the city of students), LEIRIA (representing the western region, where the rock pear is produced), SETÚBAL, FUNCHAL (in Madeira, perhaps in the year 2120  ), taking into consideration the cities of Santa Maria da Feira, Viseu, Faro, Évora and Guarda (the first one because, despite its population, it is not in any metropolitan area nor is it district capital, and the remainder because I believe they should enter for the reasons others have listed, but they do not have more than 100,000 inhabitants).

Greetings!

Do keep in mind that ProMods criteria for adding cities is not strictly based on the population sizes of them.
It's more related to how important to the trucking industry are these places in the real world.
So if a city doesn't have a lot of industry, it may be excluded in favor of a city that has more industry or a port.

Well, sorry that I have a life...

And yeah, Krys Emlyn is right. Of course we want to add the larger cities but ones with more industry take priority :)
