It's like an industrial cable reel which is already in the DLC, but much more bigger and extense...
It might be coming as a new feature with the Italy DLC.

The cargo seen in the TV Show is exactly the same one seen, so on Warsaw Games Week they could prove the next DLC ;_;

The 14 hidden achievements can proof something too:
