Spain can compare with California in terms of traffic flow.

Ok, maybe not in traffic flow, but in road network surely. See Madrid's road network and San Diego's.
P. S. Both have only 1 full stack interchange and many others.

You can't base a road network comparison on interchanges? Spain has a lot less interchanges, way different signage and totally different road systems.

Autopistas are 10x emptier as autovias

by exemple : AP-7 'll be about 10x emptier as A-7 because of tollgates

This is the direct consequence of the crisis. I took it is very empty. My father can normally drive at 140 km / h without any car or guardia civil lol. The price of autopistas are still very high but much cheaper than in France (8.50€ for 15km on the A14 near Paris  !!!). The most stupid is to make urban highways (R2, R3, R4, R5, AP-41) because it is probably the thing that works the least and it is very annoying when you live in the city. After what is odd is that in the north it is mostly full and good and the south very empty and poor. The worst is that it happens a little to live in summer with all Moroccan residents in Europe (AP-1 between San Sebastian to Vitoria-Gasteiz, doubts the panels in Arabic between San Sebastian to Bilbao). Too bad, with autovias we galley with the gas stations.

Looks like SCS will add Spain and Portugal sometime in the future. "we will also get to build a new map DLC comprising Portugal and Spain"
Well that will have to wait again...in this evening's SCS live transmission they talked about whats coming next after Baltics and one more time they ruled out the possibility of developing Spain/Portugal next. The way they said it me feel a little sad/upset, they were too much straightforward. I dont see what was the point in saying that. Let the community speculate.
