The 14 hidden achievements can proof something too

The new achievements are divided in Italy or that gigantic haul DLC. The names are Big Brother, Captain, Driver Exceptionnel, Garage Master, Giant, Imperator, Many roads lead to Rome, Mass-to-don, Michelangelo, Mind the lava, Not a big problem, Not a canoe, Size matters and The bigger the better.

Etna is on Sicily... so Sicily is included for sure.

Sardinia is questionable. Maybe Corse is in works, who knows?

I didn't know that one xD. I was looking it through the Steam Achievement Manager 63, where I can achieve them even without owning the DLCs

It seems that the Italy dlc marches on very quickly

Actually, it has been development for a year. The main thing that happens now with the Italy DLC is tweaking, testing, bug fixing and (to the annoyance of the map developers) optimisation. So what you've been seeing the past few blog posts is 95-99% ready. It just needs that finishing touch and we have to make sure nothing has been overlooked...
