You can extract it, trust me.
If WinRAR doesn't work for you (happens for some users), try using 7-zip. Extract only .001

Do all 7 files need to be installed before i extract?

You have to download all 7 files.
Then you can right-click on .001 and choose Extract here. It'll automatically extract all archives.
