Looks great. I hope you add more hills in the background, because Trieste is really "hilly" city.

Map editor gives more FPS than normal game. For ex. when I was working o my map: I get 60 stable FPS but when I open it in game, I get 35-40.

And Ohh my how many roads are there? (see map)
