Like ProMods, you need to have all the .00x files downloaded before you can extract the .001 file

I tried that, I even made a folder and put all the files there and it still couldn't open it or extract it. The first file seems to be broken with the free server

The contents
* of your folder should be as in this picture:
*= file sizes, file names etc.
For example: It can throw an error if a filename or file size is different:
RusMap_2.4.2.7z
(1).001
RusMap_2.4.2.7z.002
RusMap_2.4.2.7z.003
RusMap_2.4.2.7z.004
If the contents of your folder are the same as in the picture, can you download the latest version of winrar or 7-zip and try?

PM256_RM2.4.2_connect_vProMods : Normal version (like old versions). Murmansk and Kandalaksha ProMods Ver.
PM256_RM2.4.2_connect_vRusMap : Developed version (improved/rebuild Alakurtti, Kandalaksha, Monchegorsk, Murmansk and add new city Kola)
You can see the differences by trying them one by one.

You have road breaks up and down. In fact, these gaps are not on the map, look for a bug in your mods ...
У вас и выше имеются разрывы дорог. На самом деле этих разрывов на карте нет, ищите ошибку в своих модах...

It works now. Winrar was the problem and it works fine downloading it again in 7-zip. Thanks for suggesting that

Rename the first file to remove the " (1)" including the space
