We can use their new made assets like landmarks and maybe improved vegetation.

Can't see how SCS can do the mapping better than Kutchek did....

Not to forget that northern France will look very ugly with a brand new france below it.
Am I developing at the moment?

Yeah, and same thing could happen to Spain, too. I think it could be (it's no more than an assumption, though) that there are four map DLCs at last: East and North as we know, West (most of France + Ireland), South (part of Southern France + Iberian Peninsula). That would make sense, at least. However, that's only my idea of what could happen. I think, Promods' Germany is safe as well as the Baltics, Benelux Rebuild, Romania and Iceland. Well, probably nobody expects SCS to make Iceland.

it would be unfortunate if the city of Angouleme is not in version 2.0 of promods because it's been that we see indicators and directional signs unless modders think there .... thank you

The city names that appear on signs in Promods don't have anything to do with the inclusion of those cities. Just look at the ARP.

Kutchek hasn`t added a single sign to a city that he hasn`t made so far.

Ahum...
- "Toulouse" (in v 1.95)
- "Bilbao"
- "Marseille"
- "Clermont-Ferrand"

All of them have signs, but they do not appear in-game.

Sorry for my bad explanation.I meant that there are plans for these cities (Toulouse,Bilbao etc.),so Kutchek added their signs. But for example you aren`t going to add all the cities in the ARP signs. That was my point.

I'm with MYE2001 here. His point is that while in areas with the new signage system the policy is making them reallistic, as they are in real life, France still maintains the old ways (only in-game or planned cities like SCS does). I'd love to see someday French signs like those in Germany, Switzerland or Finland. No more "Bruxelles" in Rouen, "Paris" in small roads near Vierzon or "Bilbao" in Bordeaux (IRL, "St. Sebastien" is the one signed)

France is most likely going to be the next map DLC. I expect it to bring this sign type ;)
