Trucks can drive anywhere if they have a special permit that's approved by the townhall. I can see myself doing a delivery, Marseille's port - Monaco in Promods with a 1x40HC in the back to deliver expensive furniture to a rich guy that lives there or maybe 2 Supercars imported from the Middle East

I don't think that everybody can get that permit tho.

2 possible locations that I could see for Monaco.
1 where lot of different stuff can be delivered, inside a building.
2nd, maybe a build site or similar.
