Any news regarding map alignment? I still have not got it to work despite my load order being correct?

Check the order again and make sure you have a road connector mod. If you have other map mods you may have to a map background such as this one: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 2485894487

What to do about it? The paid version is banned by PaypAl probably cause the author comes from Russia...
