And how to merge ProMods and SCS Spain, I guess the final decisions will be made when the mappers see SCS's Spain.

I’m glad they announced the dlc already since this was in line with our expectations already. So hopefully finally someone will take care of the terrible looking northern and eastern part of France..hopefully the focus will be on rebuilding old stuff instead for being overwritten by dlc’s..that will please developers since their work can remain but also players who doesn’t have to drive through very old base game area’s

surely and my opinion is that scs in this case, saying "Iberia" will not only announce Spain as part of it and will definitely announce to this dlc Andorra, Spain and Portugal <3 <3 <3

It's very very unlikely that Andorra will come.

Well, nobody knows, because one could say that they didn't include many other micro nations like monaco, lichtenstein, san marino and vatican. But Andorra is a LOT bigger than these (it is still a micronation), But they did add luxembourg (Yes, ok, it is 4 times as large but still) So who knows what is too big or too small for scs? Andorra is the biggest of the 'small' micronations (excluding luxembourg) in europe. so they COULD still add it. Not 100% sure, but im saying there could be a chance.

I don't say that it's too small. Just that the area is in the middle of big mountains, and it will be unnecessary for SCS to put 1 month of work just for Andorra, when they didn't complete all Iberia yet.

SCS could add Andorra once they've finished Spain and Portugal, or if they don't have enough time, add it as a bonus country after the DLC has been released (like they did with the islands of Corsica & Sardinia).

I'm very certain that if the DLc quality is like the Black Sea, most of your stuff will remain. Don't get me wrong, it's a great DLC, but your stuff is just better.

I think SCS will add the Balearic and Canary Islands as a bonus of the DLC, no Andorra.
