SCS could add Andorra once they've finished Spain and Portugal, or if they don't have enough time, add it as a bonus country after the DLC has been released (like they did with the islands of Corsica & Sardinia).
...Then how about Gibraltar??

Could be the same as Andorra, who knows? Although, Gibraltar is 6.8km² while Andorra is 468km², so it may be a bit squashed (to include border crossing, etc.).

After, Gibraltar is really close to Algeciras, so it can be a problem of scale here.

Hello and thank you for the already existing Spanish part, I take great pleasure in driving on these roads, I myself have my garage in Barcelona. my second would probably be in Galicia when the DLC comes out.

so then comes the question... Will SCS add algarcias OR Gibraltar? If they have to pick only one that is. I think it'll be Gibraltar because scs knows that a lot of fans are looking forward to driving to Gibraltar. And, the fact that instead of two countries (Portugal and Spain (maybe three with andorra)) they choose either a 3rd/4th country (for marketing; 4 NEW COUNTRIES TO EXPLORE) OR just add another city in Spain instead... So I think they would pick Gibraltar first

The thing, Algeciras is an important city, not just a another Spain city. The port of Algeciras is the main port of Spain, it has a connection with North Africa, and have many industries and companies.
And many arabic signs all over Spain mention Algeciras, for his ferry.
It look way more important than Gibraltar.
It's like having Monaco and no Nice.

(algeciras indicated 1000km away from it)

and ther's way more signs when algeciras is mentionned from 80km to 1000km in arabic
that's for moroccan that are rushing the port from FR, BE and NL

Yea lol, here, in Barcelona, during summer there are temporary signs everywhere over the highway in arabic to direct morroccans etc... to reach algaciras. Very funny because im thousands of km away from the ferry corossing! But im saying, for marketing's sake, they would also want to add Gibraltar. Not because its bigger, but because its another country thats included in the expansion (I know its part of the UK but you know what I mean)

Algeciras and Gibraltar?
It might be possible to have both?
Example of roadmap. Alternative.
Note, road, not delivery.
Algeciras harbour has two entrances.
If only doing one of these, that might lessen the footprint.

The border and airport to Gibraltar is a spacehog.

I definitely would rather have Algeciras but Gibraltar can easily be made as a scenery "country", you can easily see the rock of Gibraltar from the A-7
