Not actually, the map is always aligned in South Africa, or the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo).

It works fine in 1.45. Check your combo order and background map. The map hasn't been updated in 2 years.

Yeah sorry, I wouldn't recommend using this map as I haven't worked on it in a long time and probably won't again. It was a quick project that I lost interest in over time. I'm not sure if I can close this thread but if I could, I would.
