This mod is absolutely amazing. Drove to Vardø and I loved it - the Polaris/Stena ferry in the background could easily pass as heading for Kirkenes from Svalbard. Where do you plan to build next, if you don't mind me asking?

Are you referring to the blue Polaris ferry, that is visible from Vadsø? It actually is the one in the harbour of Kirkenes. The visibility distances have been changed so that you can see the ferry but not the harbour ;) If you use the fly-cam you can check that out in detail.

Where to build next? Well, first this mod has to adapt to the potential changes that come in the new version of ProMods and then the mod has to adapt to the new 1.40 version. I have no idea how much work this is going to be or how long this will take.

As for the next steps: I can't really predict what Promods is going to do. We have recently seen the implementation of the Karesuando/Muonio area in ProMods. From there, you could potentially go into 4 directions, one being the E45 north to Alta - or maybe in a first step just to Kautokeino and then connect to Karasjok via Rv92. That would cut some of the drive you have to do, when you want to go north from Karesuando at the moment. That option would see ProMods mapping into the Finnmark, which I would appreciate, since that part of Europe really needs some love. On the other hand, that would mean that - if I mapped in the very same area right now - we'd have potential conflicts, which I want to avoid. So, we will have to wait and see what ProMods is doing.

Yes there will be an update for ETS2 1.40 / ProMods 2.52. However, as a first step that will be merely a port of the existing content to the current version of the game. So far, there are a few error messages upon loading the game, which might or might not cause bugs/crashes when playing the game. So I have to sort that out before posting a download link here that breaks everybody's game ;)
