I was banned aparently for "political" stuff, im not even sure what exacly i said that motivated this, kinda wanted to know to be honest.

Well, the reason of the ban tells it all. Seems quite clear if you ask me. If you're saying you didn't knew what your were saying, in combinations with this reason. Does make it even worse..

You and someone else did start a discussion on " Kaliningrad like meme thing "Kaliningrad is Polish"" which is a violation of rule 2.12 which is an instant perm ban rule with no prior warning. But one of our team member decided to post a verbal warning for you and the other guy to stop but since you didn't listen both of you were banned.

i did start a kaliningrad meme? i don't even know what kalingrad is, nor do i care about it, or poland.

About the ban, is this a permanent ban, or will i get unbanned?

The explanation given by Trucker2223 seems to say enough.
We do not ban for fun, nor do we ban for nothing. Nor do we owe any explanation more than we already gave.

Obviously you don't owe explanations, moraly it would be the right thing to do. I can't assume people or mods to do the moral right thing, specially if it would prove them wrong, wich i'm pretty sure it would in this situation.
My question is, am i permanently banned or is there something i can do to get unbanned?

On the Discord, you received a verbal warning. A verbal warning for a rule with actually results in a ban immediately, without a warning.
In said warning, you were pointed to the rules. More specifically, to the one you broke.
You could've acted accordingly, but you choose to ignore the verbal warning. So the ban was the measure taken by the moderator.
