i tried this but it''s made the issue even worse. every time i try to even OPEN the map it closes. any ideas because i was really gonna enjoy this mod up until the crashes. 5,000km journey about to be wasted because of a little bug

I've read a few articles and it seems to be that TGS is the culprit, though I cannot be certain

Your load order is wrong.

It should be :
- Zoom Crash Fix
- ProMods Background Map
- ProMods TCP
- ProMods Middle East
- ProMods
- ProMods The Great Steppe

for the promods and the addons, is therre a specific order i should do it in e.g. def file, media, models, map etc. Thanks a lot though either way
edit: it still crashes. badly

my def file is 2,834 KB instead of 2,903KB. Could that be why? Also, what is the dlcsupport mod, what dlcs do i need to have it active and do you have it currently activated?
