Estonia, Letonia, Lithuania, the Kaliningrad's Oblast and MAYBE a road connection between Helsinki - Tallinn through St. Peterburg and Finland, but if Finland's coming expect it to be just like Norway / Sweden in-game. Only a few cities, not all of them xD. Maybe 'till Vaasa, Viitasaari, Kuopio and Joensuu.

I suspect this too. Except for Less bit of Finland. Maybe as high as Tampere similar how Uppsala is in SCS map.
I would not be surprised if they build Finland up to Turku - Lappeenranta, via Finnish national roads 6, 10 and 12's southern parts.
Bigger parts of Finland would be nice tho.
E18 and E20 from St. Petersburg.

This could make ProMods + RusMap connections more stable?
