Sounds like you need a map background mod and a "zoom crash fix" mod.

Is Connector for RusMap 2.44 and ProMods 2.61_ Version 1.1 (20.06.22) required if using Roextended Hybrid3 road connections?

Hybrid3 includes all, so no other connector for RusMap is needed.
