OK so im not sure if this is how the map is supposed to be but im seeing a ton of dead end roads which lead to nowhere, is this normal or do i have a loadorder issue on my hands

That's normal. They are connections for other maps

The positioning of cities and countries on the map is glitched out. Removing the mod works. Is this an issue because it is not supposed to be used in 1.45 or is there something I have to fix?

Volga Map, Southern Region and The Great Steppe. I think that's all of them

Game loaded fine for me, no crashes, but I wasn't near Belarusian border yet...I use newest ProMods version and the latest Rusmap with road connector from Sergey.

With the connector, everything seems to work. I was able to use Moscow as my starting city, with a new profile.

True, Rus map and Volga Map with connector works fine on 1.45
