It works, probably just a cosmetic thing on the map seeing the city name twice with an offset.
I will try and remove "def\city\petersburg.dlc_balt.sii" from "RusMap-def_v2.44.scs\def\city\" and see what happens.
Here's the reason:

Edit: The city appears twice because the RusMap city file is .sii while SCS file is .sui - this means both are used at the same time and RusMap is not overriding it? So the compatibility issue is mainly the file extensions (also for some other cities in RusMap) which should be renamed to .sui?

Found this connector
Maybe it will fix the crashes you guys experienced, but I haven't tried it yet though. Not sure if it is legit.

When will it be ready?

Issue:
Road between Gomel and Bryansk (A240) - the road textures are flickering heavily on some parts of the road - could it be the DDS files have no mipmaps included?
This issue was present in SibirMap too, but seems fixed in their latest update 2.40.
EDIT:
I have checked the texture files in material\road - indeed some of them have no mipmaps (you also notice the different from "standard" dds filesizes).
I have loaded all these in paint.net and resaved (DXT5, Generate MipMaps, SuperSampling) - the flickering is gone and the road looks smooth as it should in the distance.
Affected files:
RusMap-model2_v2.44.scs\material\road\
alphalt_sid1.dds (old: 262272 bytes - new mipmapped: 349712 bytes)
alphalt_side.dds
alphalt_temp.dds (old: 1048704 bytes - new 1398288 bytes)
asphal1.dds
asphal3.dds
asphal4.dds
asphal5.dds
asphal6.dds
asphal7.dds
asphal8.dds
asphal9.dds
asphalt_00.dds
asphalt_01.dds
asphalt_02.dds
asphalt_03.dds
asphalt_04.dds
asphalt_05.dds
asphalt_06.dds
asphalt_11111.dds
asphalt_10.dds
By the way, aren't these file names dangerously close to SCS's filenames? As material\road is a "general" folder wouldn't it better to name them with a prefix like rus_asphalt01.dds e.g.?
Cheers, and keep up the good work. I really enjoy this map!

The new update should be out shortly. Hopefully they will have addressed any existing issues.

It does work with 1.45 and ProMods 2.62. Just minor issues (e.g. flickering roads which you can fix yourself in the meantime, as described above.)
If it was my map, I'd probably wait until 1.46 is out and see if more changes are needed, but as the update focuses on Iberia it probably won't. So I'd fix the issues and label it 1.46.* compatible.
